Basically:

Check-in is possible from 14:00. You will receive a welcome drink at the Mair Mair.

Please let us know if you want to arrive earlier or later.

On the day of departure we ask you to hand in the keys to the accommodation by 10:00 am at the latest.

Breakfast is included. We offer you only the best products from the region and from Italy, all of which we source from our shop. If you are feeling peckish at lunchtime or in the afternoon, we are happy to prepare a snack with bacon, cheese and more in our Wine store nearby. We serve the right wine to go with it.
Johannes will be happy to advise you in detail as a sommelier.

On the ground floor you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as our bike and ski room, the bins for waste separation are in the cellar.

The rooms are cleaned daily. This is also possible for the apartments on request and payment (15 Euro). After seven days we provide additional on-request cleaning services for the rooms as well as for apartments free of charge.

PARKING FACILITIES

The Sole is situated in a wonderful location right in the centre of Vipiteno

and therefore only a few metres from the pedestrian zone.

You can easily arrive by train , because you can walk from the train station to the Sole in just a few minutes.

The same applies to travelling by car:

You are welcome to drive right up to the door and unload your luggage.

At this point you will receive from us the ticket for the car park.

Then you bring your car to the Europa Garage Vipiteno (200 metres from the Sole).

The address is: Via Stazione 8, 39049 Vipiteno.

The discounted rate of ten euros per day applies to all our guests.

It is therefore not necessary to book the garage in advance.

You will be charged at the hotel.

ANIMALS

We have also looked into dogs' eyes once, oh yes. That is why your four-legged friend is welcome to come along. Just let us know and we can prepare anything for your pet.

We provide this service at a surcharge of €20 per night - excluding food.

After receipt of the deposit (30 % of the total price) we confirm the booking.

Our prices are valid for standard occupancy two persons per night.

The additional city tax of € 2.50 per person (over 14 years) and night can be paid on departure on site.

No advance payment is required for last minute bookings. Flexible booking without any stress.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

There is no right of cancellation within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code.

However, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

up to ten days before departure: only the deposit will be retained.
from ten days to four days and in the event of early departure:
70 % of the agreed price per unit will be charged.
Up to three days before arrival: 100 % of the agreed price per unit will be charged.
